45 minute, heart-pumping cardio experience
Row, Bike, and Ski on Concept 2 machines
Suitable to all levels, with varied workouts tailored to your level
The Revelate app will track your performance, meters and progress
Ignition
A fun class that will improve your fitness, endurance and strength, suitable for all levels.
50 minute, high tempo metabolic conditioning (MetCon) class
Combines cardio, body weight, free weights, kettlebells, wall balls and more
Functional movements that can be scaled to your level
Ignition - Rox
You can expect the same fun and movements as our Ignition class, but with an emphasis on Hyrox. Ideal for anyone new to Hyrox or preparing for a Hyrox race.
50 minute, high tempo metabolic conditioning (MetCon) class
Features elements of a Hyrox race including cardio, ski’erg, rowing, lunges, burpees, farmer’s carry, kettlebells and wall balls
Can be scaled to your level
Turbo - Strong
Specifically focused on building muscle and bone strength. Structured training where sessions are slower-paced and carefully-coached.
50 minute class
Combines barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands
Suitable for beginners up to seasoned lifters
Turbo - X Fit
A varied & exciting class that will test fitness levels up to the most seasoned athlete, in a supportive and progressive environment.
50 minute, CrossFit style class
Combines strength, skill, and conditioning into a daily WOD
Mixes strength training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and functional fitness.
Not recommended for Beginners
1-1 Personal Training
